- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. mirin
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped, green and pale green parts only)
- trail mix (Craisin, add to taste)
