- 6 cloves garlic (we like garlic so we used 6)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 limes
- 16 oz. white fish (firm, halibut, cod, tilapia, we have used both halibut and cod and it is great with either)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. paprika (plus additional for sprinkling)
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot flour
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- salt (to taste)

Didn't have the cilantro but they were good without it. Good choice when one needs a fish cake recipe without the egg. Will definitely make again.
