- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 4 cups basmati brown rice (or cooked long-grain)
- 6 cups vegetables (seasonal, choice, diced, I chose carrots, broccoli, and turnips)

it's fine but could have a bit more flavor in the veggies. tofu turned out great even though i didn't marinate it as long as suggested
