    Really tasty! I substituted arrowroot for the xanthan gum because I didn't have any. I used a one to one ratio and it turned out a little watery. Next time maybe less water or more arrowroot. Also, I probably overcooked it a little bit, but the flavors were excellent. Great recipe that will be better next time. Thanks!
