Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 16 oz. linguine
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. hot chili oil
- 2 chicken breast halves (boneless cooked)
- 5 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 lb. asparagus (thin)
- 3 green onions (white bulb + 3" green cut 2" julienne)
- 1 cucumber (small, halved, seeded cut into 1/4" dice)

Directions
- Cook linguine until tender. Rise in cold water.
- Process in food processor for 1min --> garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, peanut butter, & soy sauce.
- With the motor running, slowly add the sesame & hot chili oil. Process until well blended.
