  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons potato starch (mixed with 2 tsp of water)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • scallion (Diced, as garnish, optional)
