this came out perfectly.
silky, flavorful, rich, but not overpowering- still light feeling.
i followed directions exactly except i used store bought veggie sausages.
i might add another carrot or two next time.
ALSO, look into cooking with dried mushrooms first. they can have grit in them and if not soaked and cleaned properly, and will ruin the dish. i did not know this.
