- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 lb. chicken (Stylee Seitan, or equivalent storebought)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper (Several dashes fresh)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
