Love this recipe! I add ground flax and let the mixture sit for 15 min before spreading it out on the pan.
The crackers do crumble a bit, but it varies greatly on how long you bake them.

good flavor. Probably leave the mixture overnight to let the chia seeds to form a complete gel. As the recipes is, the crakers break very easyly.
