It was great! Too salty but that’s easy to fix next time. I reduced the sugar too. Big hit with the family. Served it with sweet potatoes and rainbow carrots the first night and with a seasoned summer squash and onion dish the 2nd night.

Delicious! Very easy to fix. Instead of rubbing the spice mix on the chicken, I put in a ziplock bag with the chicken and coated it that way. Tasted wonderful and less mess!
