- canola oil spray
- 2 Tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce (or reduced sodium)
- 1 tsp. wasabi paste (prepared)
- 2 tsp. shallots (minced)
- 1/4 cup white wine (I used Sauvignon Blanc)
- 2 Tbsp. whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 cups baby arugula (fresh)
- 4 cups baby spinach (fresh)
- radish (Sliced, for garnish, optional)
- sliced cucumber (for garnish, optional)
