This was quite excellent. The wilted spinach was wonderful over the creamy Parmesan risotto

This was amazing....very easy to make aside from stirring the risotto but so worth my sore arm!!! Company will be so impressed and it will serve 4 generously with the amount of risotto...number one on my list for scallops but very very rich!
