I followed somebody's advice about the 1/4 cup of white wine, garlic, and butter and it was delicious. will be making this again.

2018-04-20. Added 1/4 cup p of white wine to pan after flipping over the scallop. Then added 1tbsp of butter, 1 minced garlic clove and 1 tbsp of lemon juce. Excellent flavour
