- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper

- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (peeled & grated)
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (flat leaf or curly, minced)
