- 1/2 cup fresh green beans (Sliced)
- 1/2 cup microgreens (or any salad mix)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- dressing (Asian Citrus)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (choose Lower Sodium, you can adjust the amount according to your taste)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 fresh lime (Squeezed)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. agave nectar (add more per your preference)
