    Spectacular! Rave reviews with my dinner group. Definitely a lot of work and cookware used but most assuredly worth the effort. The flavors were spot on, sweet, savory, tangy. The filet we picked up was from Costco and required some trimming but using a tenderloin makes this such an eloquent dish. If you are up for the challenge this dish is a must! You’ll be fighting for leftovers!
