- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp (cleaned and deveined, shells removed)
- 1 can sardines (King Oscar Brisling, in Zesty Tomato Sauce *See notes)
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2 garlic cloves (grated or minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup basil leaves (ribboned, loosely packed, plus more for garnish)
