- 1 lb. shrimp (small, peeled and deveined)
- 8 oz. crabmeat (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (divided)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups half-and-half (divided)
- 1/4 cup white wine (a semi-dry wine works well, do NOT use a sweet wine)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded, divided into two ¼ cup portions)
- 9 oven ready lasagna noodles
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

I LOVE this recipe. Can’t believe how good and flavorful it is. Next time I’ll use a little less cheese for personal preference but regardless, it’s amazing and taste like a dish from a restaurant.

Awesome recipe! I actually made one layer of ricotta and spinach to the recipe and it was delicious!!
