- 1 bag shrimp (32-40, cut in half – 32-40 refers to the number of shrimp per pound so these would be about medium in size)
- 20 sea scallops
- 3 fish fillets
- 1 inch tilapia
- 2 celery stalks (chopped)
- 1 white onion (medium, – diced)
- 2 lb. yellow potatoes (baby, – quartered)
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- cilantro (for garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil (or whatever oil you like to use)
- 3 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning (– this is a seafood seasoning so if you use a different kind then go for it.)
