Brilliant recipe.
I used canned clams and veggie stock but followed the rest. Next time i will cut the shrimp and into smaller bite size pieces and add more whitefish both for consistency. I used the smaller bite sized sallops which were perfect. And because the potatoes cook in the creamy broth they need to be quite small or they won’t cook soft
Make sure to have buscuits or soft white rolls to enjoy with it.

Excellent! My husband loved it. Tasted even better the next day. Would love to make it again for a family gathering.

This was amazing! I used fresh Texas Gulf shrimp and HEB's Seafood rub aka Old Bay with a twist. My only suggestion would be to use Old Bay or this rub (Only sold in TX), through out the cooking process. I will definitely be making this again.

Was so good! didnt have to add much extra seasoning..a little salt and pepper and some cajun seasoning. Perfect!
