- 2 cups seafood stock (commercial or homemade, I was lucky enough to be given some crab claws which I simply boiled up with ginger and garlic - drain off liquid)

- 2 garlic cloves (sliced or crushed)
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander
- 1/4 tsp. chili flakes
- 1/2 cup cream
