  • 2 cups seafood stock (commercial or homemade, I was lucky enough to be given some crab claws which I simply boiled up with ginger and garlic - drain off liquid)

    My wife and I love this recipe, with a few tweaks. I use half the amount of red pepper flakes, add three additional tablespoons of butter later in the cooking process, use extra cream and broth and add 1/8 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (e.g., Old Bay).
