Another hit for my family!!!! Did not have wild rice so substituted Zatarains yellow rice.

Okay? The bread crumbs were a little dry still? The directions called for Garlic? The ingredients did not?? I think it will be better the next day after the flavors have blended. Very nice dish. I used butter Parmesan Uncle Bens rice instead. Of long Grain Wild Rice.
