- 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cognac
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh chives (finely)
- 6 no boil lasagne noodles (or by 3-inch flat fresh, without curly edges)

Great but very time consuming. I would add more cream to the sauce and some cheese for glazing the cannelloni after baking. But very tasty.
