Indian tofu masala receipe-
Drained all the water from one bolck of tofu and crumbed by using wooden fork or spoon.
In medium heat non stick pan 1 Tbs cano- oil add 1/2 Ts Cumin seed fry onion pieces until light brown add All spices powder or curry powder add 1 TS. lemon juice stir well on medium heat add crumbled tofu stir another 5 minutes with low heat. ready serve with bread or Nann( Indian bread)
