- 1/2 block firm tofu (or extra-firm, pressed & crumbled into bite sized chunks)

- 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (fine grind kala namak, black salt - can sub for sea salt)
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric (/pinch of)
