It turned out good. Having made this many times using other recipes or just off the cuff, this recipe was one of the better. I also threw in some leftover broccoli flowers, fine diced onion, fine chopped carrots and a bit of cauliflower. On the side was a refry of brown rice with fine chopped onion & salted green sunflower seeds. No room for dessert!
