Great to personalize. I'd recommend leaving out bell pepper and tomato if you want it to freeze well for make-ahead breakfasts.

I left out the green peppers since I was making them for the kids, but they still turned out yummy!

They tasted very good!! They were so easy to make and are perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast!

These turned out perfectly! I also added green onion, so they are very customizable. The pork sausage adds flavor so not a lot of salt is needed. Will definitely make again!
