I left out the green peppers since I was making them for the kids, but they still turned out yummy!

They tasted very good!! They were so easy to make and are perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast!

These turned out perfectly! I also added green onion, so they are very customizable. The pork sausage adds flavor so not a lot of salt is needed. Will definitely make again!

good. wish they were a bit more fluffy but definitely a great way to do breakfast prep for the week or use up some eggs you need to get out the fridge.

I made for my kids and omitted the peppers. I grated the onion and they loved!!!! I did too!! Next time I am going to try with bacon and sausage and spinach.

These savory delights are light and delicious. If you like muffins, these are a nice healthy choice. I highly recommend this recipe. I altered it a bit by substituting two chopped Bavarian smokies for the pork sausage.
