- 1 1/2 cups carrots (julienned)
- 1 cup cabbage (julienned)
- 1 cup capsicum (julienned)
- 1 cup red onion (finely sliced)
- 1/2 cup spring onion (finely chopped, whites)
- 1/2 cup greens (finely chopped spring onion)
- salt (to taste)
- 1/4 cup sauce (Schezwan)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. masala (noodle, Indian grocery stores carry it, else skip it and add black pepper powder)
- 3 tsp. chopped garlic (finely)
- 1 tsp. ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chilli sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- red chillies (3 nos. whole)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato ketchup (optional)
