- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour (or all purpose)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup dough (to 3/4 cup, 60g to 80g cornstarch – Note: I use the whole amount, but some commented that the, is too crumbly. So start with the 1/2 cup and see if the dough comes together without being too soft and sticky.)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam (more or less, or Nutella)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (or so)

I made these for my International class and everyone loved them! I used the whole amount of cornstarch. They were a bit too crumbly but otherwise, theyre awesome!
