Didn't have shallots so I used garlic powder and minced onion. Really good flavor. Mixed with zoodles and put some grated Parmesan cheese on it.

Always delicious
I serve it with crusty French bread, salad and a great bottle of wine, when I have guests- it always impresses, but is easy enough to cook and have a conversation. It will always be one of my top fancy dinners
