after a LOT of tweaking, they turned out okay. there were mass inconsistencies in the writing of this recipe.

Amazing! My first time making scalloped potatoes. I made them exactly as written. My husband took partial credit because he peeled and sliced the potatoes, all 6 of my young adult children loved them and my 22 yr old son wants the recipe. Will definitely make these again

Awesome recipe. The Gruyere cheese & lots of garlic really made it one of the best scalloped potato recipes I’ve ever had.

Yum! I used Colby Jack cheese and left peels on potatoes. I prepared Saturday night and cooked for a Sunday dinner. Definitely will be using this recipe again.

this was even better as leftovers. i sincerely would recommend making this the night before and reheat it in the oven with a crumb topping. 2 picky kids ate every bit.. twice.

It was delicious! Making it a again as soon as possible! One recommendation, add some cheese to the gravy mix and stand the potatoes up don't lay them down when making the casserole.

Wow! The flavor was amazing! That smoked cheese is incredible. I thought about doubling the sauce. But it’s actually perfect amount. I’m going to make this as often as possible
