    I used panko instead of saltines; top crisps nicely but fairly soft on bottom. Would be difficult to serve unless in individual baking cups, or can be used a a warm dip. I also sprinkled seasoned kale chips on top when serving; it added flavour. Next time I would add some seasoning. Tastes great, if little bland.
