- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. green onion (chopped)
- 5 dashes hot sauce
- 1 fresh dill (packed Tbsp, roughly chopped)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 pinch ground black pepper (I usually do a few turns of fresh ground)
- 1/8 cup capers (drained, to top the bites, optional)
