I made this and it was good dude. I put in two potato bc I wanted it a bit thicker and the flavor is just so good. Love it.

I made this and omitted the cream.and added onions I had left over. Creamy on is own if blended to that consistency. I often forget about green onions or have bits of other onions floating in my refrigerator. This recipe is a great way to get rid of those bits in a delicious and I would think nutritious way. I served this with scrambled egg sandwiches and loved it.
