- 1 red chili (large, seeded and sliced)
- 4 slices galangal (bruised)
- 2 salam leaves (fresh or dried)
- 4 cups chicken stock (light)
- 7 oz. cabbage (minced)
- 1 zucchini (small, or chayote, peeled and diced)
- 3.5 oz. green beans (cut in short lengths)
- 3 Tbsp. tamarind pulp (soaked in 1/2 cup warm water, squeezed and strained to obtain juice)
- soft brown sugar (or Minced palm, to taste)
