- freshly ground black pepper
- 100 grams Parmesan cheese
- 100 grams feta cheese (chopped and crumbled slightly)
- 10 sun dried tomatoes (in olive oil chopped)
- 2 onions (good tablespoons caramelised, I make and use Nigella Lawson's onion mush)
- 400 mL buttermilk
- 25 grams melted butter
- clove (squished garlic or garlic paste)
- dried parsley (finely chopped fresh or some)
