This was very nice! the strudel itself has tons of complexity without any one flavour overpowering and was excellent served piping hot. I wasn't sure the cashew sour cream would taste like anything but it rocked! I had to use alternate nuts, though, cashews go fast in my house. I started with walnuts but it was really thin so i added ground almond and thickened up perfectly. It was delicious. It would have been better without any walnuts though, the skins are so bitter. Amazingly this strudel was so well sealed it didn't leak at all. Go for it!
