- 1 English cucumber (small, seeded and sliced, leave peel on)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- fresh mozzarella cheese (ball of, drained and sliced or ripped up, optional)

- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (grated or minced)
