Description
Here's a positively lovely dish for a dinner party. Pork loin is given a flavor boost by marinating it with a mixture of garlic, bell pepper, and white wine for at least a couple hours (longer if you can swing it) before being seared in a skillet, and then mushrooms are cooked in the same pan to soak up the flavorful pan juices. What sets this meal apart is the baked tomato crumble that's served along with, which includes an egg for each guest.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent and soft.
- Add diced tomatoes.
