- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (medium)
- 1 head bok choy (small head, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 5 cups))
- 1 envelope lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
- 8 oz. linguine (or spaghetti, cooked or drained)

Directions
- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook garlic and bok choy, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with water, sherry, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with hot linguine. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted sesame seeds.

Added red pepper and broccoli and augmented sauce with 2 cups vegetable broth more soy sauce and some drops of hot sauce

Very yummy! I followed the recipe exactly. Love lo mein! I did make some pork on the side and egg rolls to complete the meal. .
