- 4 oz. ricotta cheese (room temperature.)
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream (plus more if goat cheese is dry)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean (or powder)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
