- 1/3 cup golden raisins (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup aquafaba (or liquid from a can of chickpeas; substitute an additional 1½ tablespoons ground flax mixed with ¼ cup warm water)
- 3 Tbsp. safflower (grapeseed, or olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
