Found this to be rather bland besides the swiss chard flavour. Might try it again but increasing the amoung of spices in the tofu mixture.
The texture was nice, just bland tasting

Very good taste! And texture doesn’t seem to matter what vegetables you saute to use. The tofu batter sets and is a silky egg like binder. I stir the batter into the veg so it isn’t just a thick top layer like the photo!😃
