- 1/2 cup ground pork sausage (I used Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Regular Sausage)
- 2 cups diced onion
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed or minced)
- 5 orange bell peppers (baby yellow and, diced)
- 4 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (diced)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (diced)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. ancho chile powder
- 2 tsp. sea salt (separated)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Delicious!!!
Flavor is immaculate and textures are great. It does take more than 30 minutes so prepare for that!
