- 3 slices prosciutto (lightly crisped in a little oil)
- 1/4 cup basil leaves (torn)
- 1 Italian sausage link (casing removed)
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes (Muir Glen™)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (steamed and chopped)
- 2 pinches coarse salt (and freshly ground pepper)
