Oh my...amazing fun way of making something totally different. Cooked nicely in my Belgian waffle iron, using the whole recipe on the griddle at once. Served 2, as a side. Put a dollop of store bought guac on top, fried egg and mushrooms to the side. Also added sauted onions/brussel sprouts/cabbage/asparagus mix to the plate, for a well rounded meal.
