100% so tasty! We add more carrots and serve with potatoes! Turns out with bigger cuts like set of lamb also!

It is tender and oh so delicious! I cooked two shanks and 1/2 the remaining ingredients for 2 hours on high, then 4 hours on low as my slow cooker says to lessen the amount of time if I have 1/2 or less of a full crock.
