- 1 small yellow onion (Diced)
- 2 cups white button mushrooms (Roughly Chopped)
- 3 cups spinach (Torn)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (more or less to you level of spiciness, a dash of Cayenne would be great as well!)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cilantro (Dried)
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 lime (Small)
- 4 taco shells (Hard Corn, I used Bearitos Organic Yellow Corn Taco Shells)
