Flavor is really good! Glad I read all reviews 15-20 minutes simmering seemed a long time! So I gotta imef for 10 minutes to check and it was a bit more done than I like. My chops were 3/4” thick, would only simmer 7-8 mins next time. Added sliced portobello mushrooms in the finishing sauce, glad I did that. Mucho bueno!

Meat turned out a little dry. My stove is difficult to adjust to a simmer. Probably should have cooked it a little less than 20 minutes. Was tasty though.

I loved it! The pork chops turned out very tender and i ended up actually using the broth turning it into gravy. YUM!!!

My family really liked these pork chops! They were super easy to make and only one pan! I added some mushrooms and it made the sauce yummy! We will definitely make this again!

Really good! The whole family ate every last bite. Can't ask for more than that. Only complaint is that the chops were a bit over cooked, so I'll cook for less time in the liquid next time. Otherwise, great recipe and very easy and quick for a weeknight meal.

Turned out OK, be sure to pay attention to the directions carefully! Make sure not to put too much salt on them, a little salty. And for the first time cooking them and being a young teen they turned out really great!

Mine turned out a little dry because I didn’t pour the sauce over them. I used the broth to boil chicken for the next night

Made this for myself and for my fiancé with a side of mixed Normandy-style vegetable blend and it came out very delicious! Super easy instructions to follow especially when you’re short on time trying to get dinner together.
