- 2 cups zucchini (grated)
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup herbs (fresh chopped, thyme, sage, basil, parsley, chives etc)
- 1/2 cup organic coconut oil (cold pressed, [url:2], this is my fave!)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (I use this one!)
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- 6 eggs (large organic cage-free, best form the framer)
